About the Role
We are hiring Information Retrieval Officers responsible for handling data, providing accurate information, and supporting operational processes. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Retrieve, verify, and manage information from internal systems and databases
Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, chats, or emails)
Provide accurate and timely information to clients or internal teams
Maintain proper documentation and update records regularly
Ensure data accuracy and follow compliance guidelines
Coordinate with different departments for information flow
Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining service quality
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
Eligibility Criteria
Age: Below 30 years
Qualification: Intermediate (12th pass) or above
Gender: Open to all (Male & Female)
Languages Required:Mandatory: English, Hindi, Telugu
Additional languages will be an advantage
Skills Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, data entry)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Problem-solving ability
Time management and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a team and adapt to rotational shifts
Work Schedule
Rotational shifts (Day shifts only)
5 working days per week
2 weekly offs

Full-Time Role
Annual CTC: ₹1,96,800
Monthly CTC: ₹16,800
