Job Title: HVAC Estimation Engineer
Department: Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Joining: Immediate
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare HVAC BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimates.
Perform HVAC heat load calculations and equipment selection.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
Estimate quantities for HVAC ducting, piping, and insulation.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material pricing and quotations.
Prepare tender documents and comparative cost statements.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, Purchase, and Project teams.
Handle client and consultant queries and provide technical clarifications.
Follow up on submitted quotations and tenders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
1–2 years of experience in HVAC estimation.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and insulation.
Understanding of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and heat load calculations.
Knowledge of GeM portal and tendering processes will be preferred.
Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with experience in HVAC estimation, tender preparation, BOQ preparation, and costing are preferred.
