Job Description – Hospital Coordinator
Position: Hospital Coordinator / Patient Relationship & Content Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
1) Maintain and regularly update hospital records, patient records, and related documentation.
2) Coordinate with patients and maintain a positive and professional relationship with them.
3) Communicate with patients over phone calls and WhatsApp regarding appointments, follow-ups, feedback, and general coordination.
4) Maintain proper records of patient interactions, inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback.
5) Coordinate with hospital staff and different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
6) Follow up with patients after their visits and collect feedback about their experience.
Assist in maintaining patient databases and keeping information accurate and up to date.
7) Handle basic patient queries professionally and escalate important concerns to the concerned hospital team.
8) Capture basic photos and videos of the hospital, facilities, departments, staff, and activities for social media and marketing purposes.
Have basic knowledge of mobile video shooting, framing, lighting, and creating short videos/reels.
9) Assist in collecting patient testimonials/reviews with proper permission.
Prepare basic daily/weekly updates regarding patient interactions, follow-ups, and assigned activities.
Perform other coordination and documentation tasks as assigned by the management.
