GROUND SUPERVISOR

WE are  seeking  highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Ground Coordinator, Ticketing Executive and various roles in reputed airlines This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our ground staff processes, with a specific focus on accurate data management and documentation. The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of essential records and providing administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated fresher to gain experience in the aviation sector.

Compensation: ₹25,000 - ₹65,000 per month, with opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

·         Data and Documentation Management: Manage, update, and maintain physical and digital records accurately and efficiently, focusing on the documentation base for ground staff operations.

·         Accuracy and Verification: Verify data accuracy, perform corrections, and promptly identify and report any irregularities to ensure data integrity.

·         Operational Support: Support key data management processes and perform various administrative tasks to assist other departments as needed.

·         Reporting: Generate clear and concise reports and summaries for internal teams to support timely decision-making.

·         Confidentiality: Maintain the strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and documents at all times.

Job Requirements

·         Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass..

·         Skills:

·         Exceptional attention to detail and a high commitment to accuracy.

·         Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

·         Proficiency in organizing and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems.

·         Work Schedule: Must be open to a 5-day working week.
