Gem Portal Tender Executive

We are looking for a Gem Portal Tender Executive to join our team at Aadinath Peripherals And Consumables. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain data and ensure it is accessible for seamless operations.

• Verify information, spot data discrepancies and resolve promptly.

• Organize and manage both digital and physical records to optimize access.

• Assist in various administrative functions to support department efficiency.

• Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.

• Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

• Handle price strategy, L1 participation, and bid optimization

• Ensure complete documentation, compliance, and timely submission

• Coordinate internally for approvals, pricing, and technical inputs

• Track bids, results, and maintain proper tender MIS

• Manage post-award activities: order processing, invoicing, and coordination for execution

• Product link creation on GeM

• Handle communication with buyers for clarifications and negotiations

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
