Job Accountability
Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the Director.
Correspondence Handling: Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel, accommodations, and itineraries for domestic and international trips.
Administrative Support: Handle office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, expense tracking, and procurement.
Communication Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Project Assistance: Support the Director in managing key projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Director and business operations.
