Job Description
We are a 25-year-old, established commercial real estate consultancy firm based in Jaipur, and we are looking for a smart, young, tech-savvy candidate to support backend operations and executive coordination.
The role is designed to help our leadership team save time by handling laptop-based work, research, documentation, communication support, and basic operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare client presentations using PowerPoint, ChatGPT, or similar tools, based on data collected from the field.
Organize and compile property information, financial details, commercial terms, images, and other supporting data into professional reports.
Create and update Excel sheets or Google Sheets as needed for property options, forms, and internal tracking.
Support email drafting, editing, replying, and follow-ups, especially for long-form communication on behalf of senior leadership.
Conduct internet research using Google, websites, and LinkedIn to find relevant company and contact information.
Support cold outreach efforts through email and basic coordination.
Help manage social media branding and regular posting for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
Assist with other laptop-based administrative and coordination tasks as required.
Required Skills
Very good written and spoken English.
Understands Executive Communication.
Comfortable with ChatGPT, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Reasonable working knowledge of Google Sheets.
Strong internet research ability and ability to verify information before sharing.
Organized, quick, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Warm, professional personality with good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Fresher or candidate with up to 3 year of experience.
Background in architecture, civil engineering, interior design or real estates is a plus.
AutoCAD knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
Prior exposure to real estate, presentations, research, or email coordination would be helpful.
