Job Title: Executive Assistant / Compliance Officer
Location: New Delhi – Palam

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant / Compliance Officer to support senior management in drafting, compliance management, documentation control, and banking coordination. The candidate will be responsible for handling company compliance matters, official documentation, and financial/banking-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting official letters, agreements, notices, and internal/external communications.
Ensuring company compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining and managing legal and corporate documentation records.
Coordinating with legal advisors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Handling banking documentation, follow-ups, and related formalities.
Preparing compliance reports, MIS, and maintaining proper documentation records.
Supporting senior management in administrative and compliance-related matters.
Maintaining strict confidentiality of company information.
