Job Title: Executive Assistant

Experience Required: 2 to 7 Years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks, and able to maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

• Handle internal and external communications on behalf of executives

• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

• Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries

• Maintain records, documents, and filing systems

• Assist in meeting preparation, including agenda setting and minute-taking

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of tasks

• Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 2 to 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
