Job Description – Executive Assistant to CEO

Role Overview

Looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO with daily operations, communication, scheduling, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, reminders, and schedule prioritization

• Draft, review, and manage emails and communication

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes

• Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics

• Maintain records, documents, and provide admin support

• Handle occasional personal tasks for the CEO

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree; 4–5 years as EA/PA preferred

• Strong communication, organization & multitasking skills

• Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace

• Professional, detail-oriented, and discreet

• Working Days & Timings

6 Days Working, 2nd and 4th sat off

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
