Experience: 4–5 Years
Position: Executive Assistant to Director

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director.

• Manage and coordinate emails, correspondence, and follow-ups.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Maintain and update data in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and management-related documents.

• Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on assigned tasks.

• Manage meetings, schedules, appointments, and important reminders.

• Maintain confidential documents and information.

• Ensure timely communication and completion of tasks assigned by the Director.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strong email drafting and professional communication skills.

• Good analytical and reporting skills.

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 4–5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Coordinator, or similar role.

• Candidates should be confident, well-organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with senior management.
