Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Executive Assistant (Technical) to support senior leadership with administrative, analytical, and technical tasks. The ideal candidate should understand technical documentation, coordinate with teams, assist in project tracking, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and technical support to senior management

• Assist in preparing technical documents, reports, and presentations

• Coordinate with engineering/technical teams for project updates

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups

• Manage calendars, meetings, client communication, and documentation

• Handle data analysis, MIS reports, and technical correspondence

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth workflow across departments

• Support in research, vendor coordination, and basic technical troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT/Science or related field preferred

• 1–4 years of experience as a Technical EA, Coordinator, or similar role

• Strong understanding of technical terms, documents, and processes

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and reporting

• Ability to work proactively and manage deadlines
