We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and professional Female Executive Assistant / Office & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in the IT industry.
About the Company:
We are an established IT trading company and an authorized partner of HP and Dell. We deal in IT hardware products such as Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Workstations, and related solutions for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Assist the Director with daily schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and routine business activities.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams through emails and phone calls.
Draft professional emails, quotations, and business correspondence.
Support the sales team by coordinating inquiries, preparing documentation, and following up with customers.
Attend client meetings with the Director whenever required.
Maintain office records, reports, and documentation using MS Office applications.
Handle general administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.
Candidate Requirements:
Female candidate with a professional and pleasant personality.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong email drafting and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Confident, smart, presentable, and self-motivated.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Mature, responsible, and able to work independently.
Prior experience in administration, sales coordination, or executive assistance will be preferred.
