Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Organize and coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Track deadlines, priorities, and action items to ensure timely completion
Assist with project coordination and special initiatives as assigned
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation
