Role Overview
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to work with the Founder and Leadership team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a startup environment involving strategic coordination, business operations, stakeholder management and high accountability. We are looking for someone who can think ahead, prioritize effectively and independently drive execution.

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, travel plans, events and logistics.
• Support strategic initiatives across product development, operations and business partnerships.
• Prepare business reports, presentations, dashboards, meeting notes and summaries.
• Coordinate with clients, external partners, consultants and stakeholders.
• Track ongoing discussions, deliverables, dependencies and execution timelines.
• Support leadership discussions related to operational improvements, workflows and business planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive business information with maturity and discretion.
• Travel for meetings, client interactions, product demos or external business activities whenever required.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Founder’s Office or Business Operations roles.
• Strong understanding of business operations, reporting, structured execution and attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with AI tools, dashboards, spreadsheets, presentations and business applications.
• Interest in startups, AI, HRTech, analytics and enterprise platforms will be an advantage.
