Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the executive's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain calendars, meeting schedules, reminders, and follow-ups.
Coordinate internally with various departments to ensure timely flow of information and completion of assigned tasks.
Act as a point of coordination between senior management and internal teams.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and other relevant information.
Follow up with concerned teams on pending tasks, commitments, and action items.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, discussions, decisions, and follow-up actions.
Handle routine correspondence, emails, and communication as required.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or any related discipline.
