We are looking for a Executive Assistant to join our team at Maxindia Developers. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and maintain follow-up records

• Conduct regular telephonic and in-person follow-ups, including debt and payment recovery

• Coordinate with clients, tenants, vendors, contractors, and consultants

• Carry out occasional site visits for verification, coordination, and follow-ups

• Track payments, dues, and commitments and report exceptions to management

• Maintain basic office data, documentation, and operational trackers

• Support management in establishing systems, workflows, and process discipline

• Act as a single point of contact for routine operational matters

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 4 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
