
Key Responsibilities:
MIS & Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Analyze data and create Excel dashboards
• Maintain trackers for operations, marketing, finance, and HR
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
• Coordinate with teams to collect and consolidate data
Presentation & Documentation:
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations for meetings and reviews
• Convert raw data into clear charts and summaries
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
• Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, and follow-ups
• Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, and action trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams on behalf of the Director
• Handle confidential documents and communication
• Assist in planning reviews and business discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
• Good command over PowerPoint (charts, layouts, executive decks)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and handle priorities
Preferred (Good to Have):
• Experience in MIS / EA / Operations roles
• Basic understanding of business or marketing data
• Knowledge of Google Sheets & Slides
• Prior experience supporting senior management
