We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Executive Assistant to support senior management. This role requires a go-getter with strong follow-up skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence and coordinate across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be assertive enough to ensure timely task completion, detail-oriented to manage documentation & schedules, and people-savvy to maintain professional relationships. ⸻ � � Key Responsibilities • Follow-Up & Task Closure: Proactively chase and ensure deadlines are met across teams and vendors. • Communication & Coordination: Influence and persuade stakeholders to complete tasks on time without conflict. • Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage schedules, appointments, and prepare meeting notes with actionable follow-up. • Documentation & Accuracy: Prepare, review, and maintain reports, correspondence, and presentations with attention to detail. • Confidentiality & Reliability: Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion. • Multi-tasking & Prioritization: Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and systematic. • Decision Support: Assist leadership with research, analysis, and timely updates for informed decision-making.
