Core Roles and Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinating meetings across time zones, managing, and prioritizing daily, weekly, or monthly appointments.
Communication Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact; filtering, prioritizing, and responding to emails and calls on behalf of the executive.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinating complex travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Document & Information Management: Drafting documents, creating, and editing presentations (PPT), preparing reports, taking minutes, and managing confidential records.
Project & Operational Support: Organizing, coordinating, or assisting with special projects, team meetings, and corporate events.
Gatekeeping: Managing access to the executive to ensure focus on high-priority tasks and strategic goals.
Administrative Support: Handling expense reporting, budgeting, and, in some cases, overseeing office supplies or junior staff.
Key Skills Required:
Discretion: Handling sensitive and confidential company information.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipating needs and resolving issues independently.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills.
