Expected salary: 20,000 - 30,000 per month with additional perks 

Salary increment ceiling : 1,00,000 per month 

Working days: 6 days a week

Working hours: 8 am - 5 pm

Must live within 30 min travel distance 

A personal phone, tablet & Laptop will be provided by the company

Job Description

• Reporting directly to the managing partners, being trained in becoming the exact copy of the partner

• Will be engaged in managing all administrative task and follow ups on behalf of the managing partner,

• Working on google sheets, google docs, google calendar. executing and taking review of all day to day tasks.

Responsibilities To Be Taken Care Of On The Partners Behalf

1. Taking Updates And Reporting Back About All Ongoing Tasks Of The Firm

2. Assigning Said Task To Respective Employees

3. Updating The Partners Calendar And Reminding Him Of His Current Tasks

4. Coordinating With Each Department 

5. Maintaining All Records Digitally And Physically

6. Research Work

7. Data Collection And Entry

8. Scheduling And Running Weekly Department Meetings ( Arranging All Necessary Documents Before The Meeting, Taking Down The Minutes Of The Meeting )

9. Creating Workflows And Flow Chart Management Systems

10. Maintaining  Human Resources 

11. Reviewing Attendance 

12. Issuing Leave And Advances Grants

13. Going To Meetings With The Partner

14. Travelling Alongside The Partner In Trade Shows And Conventions 

Coordinating and doing tasks involved with the partners personal life

1. booking hotels, flights and travel arrangements 

2. coordinating with house staff

3. doing payments 

4. purchasing of items

5. coordinating and taking follow ups of repairs and maintenance at office and partners residence
