Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the MD calendar, scheduling meetings. appointments, and evevnts. Priorities and coordinate activities to maximize the MD time and productivity.
Communication: Act as a primary point of contact between the MD internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and other forms of communication on behalf of the MD.
Documentation and Reporting: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external purposes. Ensure accuracy, proper formatting and timely submission.
Project Support: Provide support to special projects and initiatives led by the MD.conduct research, gather data, and prepare necessary materials.
Office Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the MD office. Coordinate with various departments for administrative needs.
Decision Support: Assist the MD in making informed decisions by providing relevant information, insights, and analysis.
Proficient in communication skills (Oral & written - English Hindi & Marathi)
