Job Responsibilities
o Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling efficiently.
o Handle email management and ensure timely follow-ups.
o Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.
o Assist with personal tasks, including banking and administrative coordination.
o Track pending tasks and ensure timely closure and updates.
o Prepare basic reports, documents, and trackers using Excel and Word.
o Support in travel planning, appointments, and day-to-day operational coordination.
o Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
o Ensure smooth communication and coordination across teams.
Job Qualifications
o Graduate in any field and up to 1 year of relevant EA experience
o Strong organisational and coordination skills.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Proactive approach with the ability to think ahead and act quickly.
o Advanced proficiency in MS Office, G Workspace.
o Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
o High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
o Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
o Quick learner with a strong ownership mindset.
