Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Ensure strong follow-up with employees and departments for task completion.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation for the MD.
Draft emails, letters, and official communication.
Handle administrative and coordination responsibilities within the office.
Assist in research, information gathering, and online searches when required.
Manage data and reports using MS Excel and Word.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks assigned by the MD are completed on time.
Support the MD in routine office work and occasional personal coordination tasks
