Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration. CA/CMA/CFA/MBA Finance or part-qualification is an advantage. 5–10 years’ relevant experience preferred. Experience with a promoter, MD, CFO, family office, finance department, CA firm, wealth management or investment environment is desirable. Strong knowledge of accounting and financial statements. Good understanding of investments and financial markets. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems

Job Descripation:
The role requires someone who can work independently from a home office, maintain strict confidentiality and proactively follow up on important business and financial matters.
Prepare meeting notes, action lists and follow up on outstanding matters.
Coordinate with senior management, banks, auditors, consultants and advisors.
Prepare concise reports and briefing notes for the Managing Director.
Review P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and management reports.
Monitor receivables, payables, cash balances and major payments.
Coordinate with the accounts team, Chartered Accountants and auditors.
Track tax, audit, banking and other important financial deadlines.
Identify unusual or significant financial movements and highlight them promptly.
Maintain consolidated records of bank accounts, deposits and investments.
Monitor fixed deposits, mutual funds, equities, bonds and other investments.
Track investment values, returns, maturities, dividends and interest.
Coordinate with banks, brokers, wealth managers and investment advisors.
Prepare periodic investment and financial summaries for review.
Research and compare investment opportunities when requested.
