Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in daily administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using digital tools, managing communication workflows, and handling scheduling, documentation, and reporting with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules for senior management
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups
Handle emails, official communication, and prioritization of important messages
Maintain reports, trackers, dashboards, and documentation using digital tools
Support in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and meeting summaries
Manage files, folders, and data organization on Google Drive / cloud systems
Coordinate with HR, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth execution of tasks
Use communication tools like Slack / Teams / Email for coordination and updates
Assist in CRM / HRMS / business tool updates if required
Handle basic troubleshooting for software/tools and escalate IT issues when needed
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive business and leadership information
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or MS Office
Excellent Excel skills (basic formulas, filtering, reporting)
Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Tech-friendly mindset with ability to quickly learn new tools
Basic understanding of CRM / HRMS systems (preferred)
Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) is a plus
