Executive Assistant – Insurance Broking
To support senior management (Director/VP/Business Head) by handling coordination, communication, documentation, and operational follow-ups within the insurance broking business.
Insurance Operations Support
Coordinate with insurers for Quotations, Policy issuance, Endorsements, Track policy renewals and send reminders, Support claims team with documentation follow-ups
Client & Business Support
• Assist in handling corporate client communication
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and policy documentation
• Maintain client records and MIS reports
Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards
• Maintain confidential business documents
• Draft emails, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and proposals
MIS & Data Management
• Maintain business performance data
• Track revenue, renewals, and pipeline
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports
• Act as a bridge between: Senior management Clients, Insurance companies, Ensure timely communication and execution
Administrative Support
• Manage office coordination tasks
• Handle vendor communication (if required)
• Support in event planning or client engagement activities

• Strong communication (email + verbal)
• Knowledge of General insurance products (health, motor, corporate policies)
• MS Excel & PowerPoint proficiency
• Coordination and multitasking ability

• Graduate (preferably in Commerce/Management)
• Timely coordination and follow-ups

• Should have experience in General insurance field
