Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives
Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Manage emails, prioritize communications, and respond where appropriate
Assist in project coordination and execution of key initiatives
Organize events, conferences, and executive visits
Maintain filing systems and records for easy access and retrieval
Liaise with other departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of tasks
