Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and minutes
Handle emails, correspondence, and communication on behalf of the executive
Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and business summaries
Arrange travel plans, itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports
Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information
Coordinate with departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Track follow-ups, deadlines, and action items from meetings
Support project coordination and special assignments
Organize office activities and executive-level events
Conduct research and compile information for decision-making
Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
