This role exists to ensure that the Director’s strategic intent becomes organizational reality — with speed, accuracy, and discipline. The person acts as the Director’s execution backbone, governance anchor, and cross-functional integrator who ensures that every strategic priority is translated into action, monitored through structured review rhythms, and closed with measurable outcomes.

Strategy-to-Execution Management
● Understand Director’s priorities deeply and translate them into SMART project charters.
● Create structured plans: milestones, KPIs, success metrics, dependencies.
● Establish weekly/fortnightly governance cycles with each function.
● Connect execution tasks with commercial outcomes (productivity, cost, timelines, quality).
● Track risks, delays, operational bottlenecks, and report with solutions.
Organisation Performance Management
● Build and maintain an “Organizational Rhythm Board” for:
○ Daily reviews and Weekly reviews
○ Monthly business reviews (Director + HODs)
● Own end-to-end review planning → agenda → data → verification → MoM → follow-up cycle.
● Structure red–amber–green dashboards for quick visibility.
Director-Level Follow-Through & Leadership Enablement
● Act as the Director’s representative for internal follow-ups.
● Ensure 100% clarity in expectations communicated to teams.
● Conduct “pre-reads” of all MIS and dashboards before the Director sees them.
● Maintain a thinking partnership: provide analysis, insights, and perspectives.
● Draft all major communication, performance notes, and strategic updates.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Dependency Management
● Connect creative → production → dispatch teams to ensure flow.
● Track sampling → costing → order → production → QC → dispatch cycles.
● Ensure bottlenecks are addressed before they escalate to the Director.
● Drive departmental synergy on high-stakes clients, projects, and shipments.
Compliance, Documentation & Process Integrity
● Maintain audit-ready documentation across functions.
● Ensure SOP adherence across Production, QC, PPC, HR, and Merchandising.
● Verify data authenticity—no unverified MIS reaches the Director.
● Maintain confidentiality and protect organizational integrity.
