Ours is basically a Chartered Accountant Firm, also doing Legal Work. In that context, a candidate should have excellent typing Skill on Word Package, should be able to type out dictation on real time basis or directly. Candidate should have brief knowledge about various kinds of commercial agreements. At the same time candidate need not be a full fledged practicing advocate and candidate should not have inclination for litigation or active court practice, since our office is not engaged in those activities. Law Students with good typing skill and with Commerce Background shall be preferred, may be with time flexibility. Apart from typing, preparing and editing of commercial agreements or documents, a Candidate should be ready to work on different jobs relating to punching data for GST Returns, Offline Filing of Income Tax returns and other incidental Jobs on Word and Excel Packages, under the proper guidance of the seniors.
