Key Responsibilities
- Pick and verify products against customer orders.
- Pack products securely using company packaging standards.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups and dispatches.
- Ensure all orders are dispatched within the defined service-level timelines.
- Perform quality checks before packing to avoid incorrect or damaged shipments.
- Update order status in the e-commerce/order management system.
- Maintain accurate inventory during packing and dispatch activities.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics as per company policies.
- Keep the warehouse and packing area clean, organized, and safe.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged products, or operational issues to the supervisor.
- Support stock audits and other warehouse operations when required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or 12th pass (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or dispatch operations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and courier processes.
- Familiarity with Excel and order management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
