Location: Hadapsar, Pune Experience: 1–3 Years Salary: Up to 35,000 per month (In-Hand) Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work from Office Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Online E-commerce Executive to manage and grow the company’s online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing marketplaces and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and similar online channels. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other relevant platforms. • Create, update, and optimize product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and keywords. • Monitor orders, order processing, cancellations, returns, refunds, and delivery status across online platforms. • Manage inventory and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment. • Monitor product performance, sales, revenue, pricing, ratings, reviews, and marketplace visibility. • Coordinate with marketplace support teams for listing issues, account-related concerns, order disputes, and other operational matters. • Implement basic marketplace promotions, offers, discounts, and campaign activities to improve online sales. • Track competitors, pricing, product listings, offers, and market trends and share relevant insights. • Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, orders, returns, and marketplace performance. • Ensure product information and online storefronts remain accurate, updated, and customer-friendly. • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, customer support, and marketing teams for smooth e-commerce operations. Required Skills & Experience • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce / marketplace operations. • Practical experience working on Amazon and Flipkart is preferred. • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. • Good understanding of product listing, inventory, order management, returns, and marketplace operations. • Basic knowledge of e-commerce sales, promotions, pricing, and marketplace analytics. • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge for reporting and data management. Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates who have independently handled Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or multiple online sales channels and understand end-to-end e-commerce operations will be preferred.
