An E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales platforms to increase revenue, improve customer experience, and strengthen the brand’s digital presence. This role involves website management, product listings, digital marketing coordination, data analysis, and marketplace operations.
Manage and update the company’s e-commerce website (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and up to date.
Monitor website performance, user experience, and functionality.
Coordinate with developers for technical improvements.
Manage third-party marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, eBay).
Oversee product uploads, pricing, promotions, and stock levels.
Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries.
Coordinate with marketing teams for SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
Plan and execute online promotions and discount strategies.
Track and improve conversion rates.
Monitor daily sales performance and KPIs.
Prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
Analyze customer behavior and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams.
Ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
Reduce order cancellations and returns.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
Improve ratings and reviews on marketplaces.
Ensure smooth checkout and post-purchase support.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Familiarity with online marketplace operations.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience with paid advertising platforms.
Basic knowledge of HTML or website CMS.
