Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented to support our day-to-day online business operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing online orders, coordinating packing and dispatch, maintaining inventory records, assisting with customer service, and supporting store and exhibition activities.

Freshers with strong learning ability and basic computer knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Process online orders received from marketplaces such as FirstCry, Myntra, Nykaa, and Mom Store.

• Coordinate order booking, packing, dispatch, and delivery tracking.

• Manage stock records and support inventory management across stores and warehouses.

• Monitor stock movement and update inventory data regularly.

• Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery status, and product feedback.

• Coordinate with courier partners such as Blue Dart and Delhivery for shipment dispatch and delivery.

• Visit stores when required for display setup and product arrangement.

• Support exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

• Assist in collecting customer reviews and market feedback.

• Ensure smooth daily coordination between warehouse, stores, and online sales channels.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English)

• Strong attention to detail

• Good coordination and follow-up skills

• Basic understanding of online marketplaces is a plus

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in E-commerce, Operations, Retail, or Customer Service

• Candidates from retail, logistics, or online business backgrounds preferred
