Role Description
We are seeking an Ecommerce Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves managing e-commerce accounts, overseeing sales operations, and executing effective sales strategies. The Ecommerce Executive will also handle team management, analyze market trends, and ensure optimal outcomes for the company’s online business. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, monitor performance metrics, and derive actionable insights
Experience in Account Management to handle client relationships and maintain e-commerce platforms
Solid knowledge of Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, meet targets, and drive revenue
Team Management skills to lead and motivate a team, ensuring collaboration and achieving shared objectives
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar platforms is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
