We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end online marketplace operations. The role includes product listing, inventory and stock reconciliation, order processing, and handling Returns to Origin (RTO) across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Create, update, and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, website, etc.).
Ensure accuracy of product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.
Coordinate with internal teams for product data, creatives, and compliance.
Monitor daily inventory levels across all marketplaces and warehouse locations.
Ensure stock availability to avoid overselling or stock-outs.
Update inventory in systems in real time based on sales and returns.
Perform regular stock reconciliation between physical inventory, ERP/system stock, and marketplace stock.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for resolution.
Prepare weekly/monthly stock reconciliation reports.
Track order fulfillment and delivery status.
Monitor and analyze RTO (Return to Origin) cases and identify root causes.
Coordinate with logistics partners to reduce RTO percentage.
Handle returned inventory re-inwarding and quality checks.
Manage customer returns, replacements, and refunds as per marketplace policies.
Raise and follow up on claims related to lost, damaged, or missing shipments.
Ensure timely closure of return and RTO cases.
Maintain daily MIS reports for sales, inventory, returns, and RTO.
Share insights and suggestions to improve operational efficiency and reduce losses.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Commerce preferred).
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Understanding of logistics, returns, and RTO processes.
Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Experience in D2C or marketplace-based businesses is a plus.
