Ecommerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end online marketplace operations. The role includes product listing, inventory and stock reconciliation, order processing, and handling Returns to Origin (RTO) across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, update, and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, website, etc.).

• Ensure accuracy of product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product data, creatives, and compliance.

2. Inventory Management

• Monitor daily inventory levels across all marketplaces and warehouse locations.

• Ensure stock availability to avoid overselling or stock-outs.

• Update inventory in systems in real time based on sales and returns.

3. Stock Reconciliation

• Perform regular stock reconciliation between physical inventory, ERP/system stock, and marketplace stock.

• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for resolution.

• Prepare weekly/monthly stock reconciliation reports.

4. Order Processing & RTO Management

• Track order fulfillment and delivery status.

• Monitor and analyze RTO (Return to Origin) cases and identify root causes.

• Coordinate with logistics partners to reduce RTO percentage.

• Handle returned inventory re-inwarding and quality checks.

5. Returns & Claims Management

• Manage customer returns, replacements, and refunds as per marketplace policies.

• Raise and follow up on claims related to lost, damaged, or missing shipments.

• Ensure timely closure of return and RTO cases.

6. Reporting & MIS

• Maintain daily MIS reports for sales, inventory, returns, and RTO.

• Share insights and suggestions to improve operational efficiency and reduce losses.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Commerce preferred).

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.

• Understanding of logistics, returns, and RTO processes.

• Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Experience in D2C or marketplace-based businesses is a plus.
