We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Executive to manage day-to-day online marketplace operations. The role involves product listing management, order processing, coordination with internal teams, and performance tracking across ecommerce platforms to support smooth operations and business growth.
Manage product listings on ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords as per marketplace guidelines.
Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and ensure timely processing and dispatch coordination.
Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or procurement team to avoid stock issues.
Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with marketplace support teams when required.
Assist in running offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns on marketplaces.
Monitor seller dashboards, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
Prepare regular sales, inventory, and performance reports.
Ensure listings and operations follow marketplace policies and standards.
Support account health maintenance and issue resolution.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or online marketplace management.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of SEO keywords, product content optimization, and pricing strategies.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of advertising tools (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads – basic level).
Understanding of GST, invoicing, and ecommerce compliance processes.
Experience with inventory or order management software.
