E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations, shipment processing, claims, returns, and seller panel activities across platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfilment, timely claim filing, accurate return entries, and efficient management of marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Shipment Management

• Manage end-to-end shipment processes for Amazon FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) and Flipkart FBF (Fulfilment by Flipkart).

• Coordinate shipment creation, packing, labelling, dispatch, and delivery tracking.

• Monitor shipment status and resolve delays, discrepancies, and delivery-related issues.

• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.

2. Claim Filing & Follow-ups

• File claims for lost, damaged, missing, and incorrectly processed inventory or shipments.

• Track claim status and follow up with marketplace support teams until resolution.

• Maintain records of claim submissions, supporting documents, and reimbursements.

3. Return Management

• Manage customer return entries and return-related records.

• Verify returned products and update return details in the relevant marketplace panels.

• Track return discrepancies, damaged products, and missing inventory.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team for return verification and stock updates.

4. Flipkart VMS Management

• Manage daily operations and updates on the Flipkart VMS portal.

• Monitor orders, shipments, returns, claims, and other operational activities.

• Ensure timely updates and resolve operational issues through the appropriate support channels.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily records of shipments, returns, claims, and reimbursements.

• Prepare regular operational reports and update internal tracking sheets.

• Ensure accuracy of data across marketplace portals and company records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub/VMS is preferred.

• Knowledge of FBA, FBF, shipment processing, and claim filing will be an advantage.

• Good data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience

• Freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.

• Experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or logistics will be preferred.
