Ecommerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Operations & Logistics Coordinator to bridge the gap between our production floor and our customers. In this role, you will be the "air traffic controller" of our household cleaning products—ensuring that manufacturing stays on schedule, buyers receive their orders, and our e-commerce platforms are thriving.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production & Supply Chain Coordination

• Collaborate daily with the production team to align manufacturing schedules with current inventory levels and sales forecasts.

• Monitor raw material availability to ensure production runs are never delayed.

• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards before being cleared for dispatch.

2. Sales & Buyer Relations

• Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale buyers and distributors across the country.

• Process purchase orders and provide accurate lead times and delivery updates.

• Manage demand forecasting to ensure we have the right amount of product ready for peak seasonal cleaning periods.

3. Logistics & Fulfillment

• Coordinate with freight carriers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to arrange timely shipping.

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring products arrive on time and as per customer specifications.

• Resolve any transit issues, including damages, delays, or documentation errors.

4. E-commerce Operations

• Manage online storefronts (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart.com), including product listings and inventory updates.

• Oversee the fulfillment of direct-to-consumer orders.

• Monitor customer reviews and inquiries to maintain a high brand reputation.

5. Office & Administrative Management

• Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence (emails/calls) and maintaining office supplies.

• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for invoices, shipping manifests, and vendor contracts.
