E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day online sales operations across marketplaces and our website. The candidate will be responsible for orders, product listings, inventory, returns, reports, and coordination with different teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and company website.

• Manage product listings, titles, descriptions, images, prices, SKUs and inventory.

• Monitor and process daily online orders.

• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely dispatch and delivery.

• Monitor cancellations, returns, RTOs, refunds and replacements.

• Maintain accurate inventory across all online platforms.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and operations reports.

• Monitor marketplace issues, inactive listings and account health.

• Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues.

• Assist with offers, discounts and promotional activities.

• Track sales, orders, revenue, returns and SKU performance.

• Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Support and Accounts teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations.

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other marketplace platforms.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Understanding of orders, inventory, returns, RTO and marketplace operations.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Experience in FMCG, Food, Dairy or D2C will be an added advantage.
