Ecommerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and grow our online sales across multiple marketplaces and our own website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business, ensuring smooth order processing, optimized product listings, customer satisfaction, and continuous sales growth.

This role is performance-driven, with attractive incentives based on achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Blinkit, Instamart and other marketplaces.

• Upload and optimize product listings.

• Update pricing, offers, discounts, and inventory.

• Create new product listings and variations.
  

Website Management

• Manage products on the company website.

• Update banners, promotions, and product content.

• Ensure website products and inventory remain updated.
  

Sales Growth

• Plan and execute strategies to increase online sales.

• Analyze competitors' pricing and promotions.

• Improve product rankings through SEO optimization.

• Plan festive and seasonal campaigns.

• Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities.
  

Order & Inventory Management

• Monitor daily orders.

• Coordinate packing and dispatch.

• Ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Manage inventory across all platforms.

• Prevent stock-outs and overselling.
  

Customer Service

• Handle customer queries.

• Resolve complaints.

• Manage returns, replacements, and refunds.

• Maintain high seller ratings.

Advertising & Promotions

• Run and optimize marketplace ads.

• Monitor campaign performance.

• Improve ROAS and conversion rates.

• Suggest new promotional ideas.

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports including:

• Sales

• Orders

• Revenue

• Advertising Spend

• Profitability

• Returns

• Customer Ratings

• Best Selling Products
