We are looking for a responsible and energetic E-commerce Operations Assistant to help manage daily online order operations, inventory, dispatch, and listing support. The role requires attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily order processing and dispatch coordination
Perform stock counting, inventory updates, and restocking activities
Assist in uploading new products and updating listings
Support team in packaging, labeling, and maintaining product records
Manage basic communication with courier and warehouse staff
Perform any support or maintenance work assigned by management

Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
Basic knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
Proficient in using mobile apps or computers for order management
Punctual, honest, and ready to take ownership of assigned work
Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs

Work Schedule

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 7 days/week (4 paid leaves per month)
Location: Greater Noida Office / Assigned Warehouse
