Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Listing Executive to manage product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, optimizing, and maintaining product catalogs on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings on:

  • Amazon

  • Flipkart

  • Meesho

  • JioMart

  • Snapdeal

  • Other marketplaces

• Upload new products, images, descriptions, and attributes.

• Perform listing optimization using relevant keywords.

• Create parent-child variations and bulk listings.

• Fix listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalog issues.

• Coordinate with sellers and internal teams for product information.

• Update pricing, inventory, and product details regularly.

• Monitor listing quality and marketplace compliance.

• Conduct competitor and keyword research to improve visibility.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce Product Listing.

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, etc.

• Experience with bulk uploads and catalog management.

• Good understanding of SEO for marketplace listings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience handling multiple seller accounts.

• Knowledge of category approval, brand approval, and listing troubleshooting.

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
