Samraj Solar Energies is seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Executive to handle solar installation data updates, office documentation, and legal document analysis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in MS Office, strong system operations knowledge, and the ability to analyze legal documents, identify risks, loopholes, legal compliance issues, and potential future disputes while preparing accurate, legally compliant, and professionally drafted documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update solar installation data in internal records and systems.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including agreements, reports, and technical documents.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all records related to solar projects.
Handle office documentation work such as billing records, purchase orders, and compliance-related files.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and organize necessary data.
Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point) efficiently for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Assist in maintaining digital and physical documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Support general office administration tasks as required.
Analyze legal documents, agreements, deeds, contracts, and company records to identify risks, loopholes, legal compliance issues, and potential future disputes.
Draft, review, and prepare legally compliant agreements and documentation to safeguard the company's interests.
Ensure all legal and commercial documents comply with applicable laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with advocates, consultants, and management for legal documentation and approvals whenever required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum 2+ years of experience in documentation, data management, legal documentation, contract management, or a similar role.
· Experience as a Legal Document Analyst or in corporate legal documentation is highly preferred.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
· Strong system operating skills with the ability to manage digital records and documentation efficiently.
· Ability to analyse legal documents, identify risks, loopholes, legal compliance requirements, and potential future legal issues.
· Experience in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legally compliant agreements, contracts, deeds, MoUs, NDAs, and other corporate legal documents.
· Knowledge of land documentation, property agreements, title verification, registration procedures, and company legal documentation will be an added advantage.
· Familiarity with legal due diligence, document verification, and regulatory compliance processes.
· Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
· Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
