Key Responsibilities:

• Handle import and export shipping documentation and customs clearance documentation.

• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders and customers.

• Manage import/export documentation and liaison activities.

• Maintain strong professional relationships with logistics partners and clients.

• Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of shipments.

Required Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of shipping and customs clearance documentation.

• Experience in the freight forwarding or customs brokerage industry.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

2. Pricing Executive

Experience: 2–3 years in a similar trade Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle ocean freight and air freight pricing.

• Obtain and compare quotations from shipping lines, airlines and freight forwarders.

• Negotiate competitive freight rates with vendors and service providers.

• Prepare quotations for customers and maintain pricing records.

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to provide competitive pricing.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of ocean and air freight pricing.

• Strong rate negotiation and vendor coordination skills.

• Good communication and commercial skills.

• Relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding or a similar industry.
