Job Description:
1. Candidates requires a strong understanding of legal paperwork, property agreements, and compliance regulations
2. Understanding legal documents, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring
3. Compliance documents with real estate laws like RERA
4. Liaising with internal teams, external legal counsel, and government bodies to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
5. Maintaining a systematic and organized record of all documents at a single repository.
Requirements:
1. Strong understanding of real estate law, drafting, and contract management.
2. Ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines efficiently.
3. Effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
4. 3 – 5 years’ experience in a documentation role, preferably from the real estate sector.
