Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily business operations, maintain records, and ensure smooth administrative workflow. The candidate will handle documentation, data management, coordination, and internal process support.

Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management & Documentation
	•	Maintain and update company databases and records accurately
	•	Enter, verify, and manage data in CRM/ERP systems
	•	Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS reports
	•	Handle document filing and record keeping
2. Administrative Support
	•	Assist in day-to-day office operations
	•	Manage emails, internal communication, and scheduling
	•	Prepare official documents, invoices, and reports
	•	Support HR, Accounts, and Operations teams when required
3. Coordination & Communication
	•	Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
	•	Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion
	•	Handle customer queries via email or phone (non-sales)
4. Compliance & Accuracy
	•	Ensure data confidentiality and security
	•	Maintain accuracy in all records and reports
	•	Follow company policies and procedures
