A well-established and growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing and Dispatch Executive to support critical operations and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Summary

The Billing and Dispatch Executive plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of billing and dispatch processes. This position ensures timely invoicing, compliant documentation, and coordinated logistics, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple responsibilities while adhering to statutory regulations, particularly GST. This role is essential for maintaining financial integrity and ensuring smooth supply chain execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate invoices, credit notes, and other billing documents.

• Verify purchase orders and sales orders prior to billing to ensure data consistency.

• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to plan and schedule dispatch activities.

• Generate delivery challans, E-way bills, and other required transport documentation.

• Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time dispatch of goods.

• Maintain comprehensive records of billing, dispatch, and stock movement.

• Address billing discrepancies and liaise with clients or internal teams as needed.

• Support the preparation of daily and monthly billing and dispatch reports.

• Ensure full compliance with GST and other applicable statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Foundational knowledge of GST and indirect taxation regulations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/ERP systems such as Tally.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities across departments.

• High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
