Key Responsibilities:
Identify open job positions in the USA job market on platforms like LinkedIn, Dice,
Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, SimplyHired, etc.
Extract and update relevant job details as per the candidate’s resume.
Fill out and submit 220+ job applications per day on behalf of candidates.
Ensure accuracy while entering details in application forms.
Maintain and update records in Excel/Google Sheets.
Utilize keyboard shortcuts for fast data entry.
Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Requirements:
Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with high accuracy.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data entry
operations.
Language Skills: Ability to read, understand, and enter data in English.
Job Board Experience: Prior experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice,
Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, SimplyHired, etc. is preferred.
Keyboard Efficiency: Must know and utilize shortcut keys to improve work speed.
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately input candidate details without errors.
